Take-up spool
The reel film winds onto as it is advanced in a camera.
Note some film cameras with motor drive wind the film fully onto the take-up spool when the film is loaded, then 'advance' the film frame by frame back into the original cassette. The advantage of this is that if the camera back is accidentally opened, the exposed film is safe in the film cassette.
