Eyepiece shutter

Sliding cover for the viewfinder eyepiece.

When the a picture is taken using the self timer or a remote release, with the photographer not looking through the viewfinder, it is possible for light to enter through the eyepiece and affect meter readings. The eyepiece shutter, or a removable eyepiece cover, avoids this problem.
